I. EPC Engineering Services
EPC: Engineering (Procurement), Construction (Construction), is the general name of the international general engineering contracting industry. Engineering: from the overall planning of the project content to the specific design work, procurement: from the procurement of professional equipment to building materials, construction: from construction, installation to technical training.
Under the EPC general contracting model, the contract structure usually takes the following forms:
(1) Turnkey general contracting;
(2) Design-general procurement contract (EP);
(3) Procurement-general construction contract (PC);
(4) Design-construction general contract (DB);
The EPC model adopted by "Blue Sky Wisdom" is turnkey general contracting. Turnkey general contracting refers to design and procurement (condensing gas boilers, plate heat exchangers, circulating water pumps, make-up pumps, water tanks, water softeners, controllers, power distribution). Cabinets, etc.), general contracting for construction, and "Blue Sky Wisdom" finally submits to Party A an engineering project that meets the use function and has the conditions for use. This contracting mode effectively overcomes the contradiction between design, procurement, and construction, which is mutually constrained and disconnected. It is conducive to the reasonable connection of work in each stage of design, procurement, and construction, and effectively achieves the progress, cost, and quality control of construction projects. 2. Contract Energy Management Services
EPC (Energy Performance Contracting, EMC for short): The energy conservation service company and Party A agree on the energy conservation goals of the energy conservation project in a contract. The energy conservation service company provides Party A with the necessary services to achieve the energy conservation goals. Energy-saving benefits Energy-saving service mechanism that pays for the input of energy-saving service companies and their reasonable profits. The essence is an energy-saving business method that pays for the full cost of energy-saving projects with reduced energy costs.
There are four business models:
1. Energy-saving benefit sharing type
During the project period, both Party A and the energy conservation service company share the type of contract for energy conservation benefits. The input of energy-saving renovation projects shall be jointly undertaken by the energy-saving service company and Party A or shall be solely undertaken by the energy-saving service company. After the construction of the project is completed, and after both parties have confirmed the amount of energy savings, the two parties will share the energy saving benefits in the proportion agreed in the contract. After the project contract ends, the ownership of the energy-saving equipment is transferred to the user free of charge, and all energy-saving benefits generated thereafter belong to the user.
2. Energy cost hosting
Party A entrusts the energy-saving service company to fund the energy-saving reformation and operation management of the energy system, and according to the agreement between the two parties, the energy cost of the energy system is transferred to the energy-saving service company for management, and the energy cost saved by the system belongs to the energy-saving service company. After the end of the project contract, the energy-saving equipment transformed by the energy-saving company was handed over to Party A for free, and all the energy-saving benefits generated thereafter belonged to the user.
Party A invests. The energy-saving service company provides Party A with energy-saving services and promises to guarantee the energy-saving benefits of the project. After the implementation of the project, it is confirmed by both parties that the promised energy-saving benefits are achieved, and the user pays the service fee to the energy-saving service company once or for several times.
4. Financing lease type
The financing company invests in the purchase of energy-saving equipment and services of the energy-saving service company, and leases it for use by Party A, and according to the agreement, Party A periodically collects rental costs. The energy-saving service company is responsible for transforming Party A's energy system, and measuring and verifying the energy-saving amount during the contract period to guarantee the energy-saving effect. After the project contract is ended, the energy-saving equipment is transferred to Party A for use by the financing company for free, and all energy-saving benefits generated thereafter belong to Party A.
"Blue Sky Wisdom" can adopt any combination or single type of the above 4 modes according to Party A's needs, and can also customize the contract energy management mode according to Party A's needs.
Third, equipment sales services
Have boiler sales agency rights, can provide boiler installation instructions, boiler repair and maintenance during the warranty period and other services. The boiler has the following characteristics:
1. Condensing gas boiler is an advanced heating equipment, which adopts condensing heat recovery technology, 100% air premix technology, proportional adjustment technology, anti-corrosion design and modular design.
2. The boiler adopts the intelligent proportional adjustment system adjustment method. The proportional combustion adjustment range is 5-100%, which is about 10% energy saving than the conventional two-stage or multi-stage combustion method.
3. The heat utilization rate of the boiler is as high as 107% (low heating value), and the later operating cost is 20% -30% lower than that of the traditional boiler. The volume is 1/3 of the traditional boiler volume.
4. The exhaust temperature is lower than 60 ℃, and the exhaust pipe can be PVC pipe. The exhaust temperature of traditional boiler is as high as 150-250 ℃, which saves a lot of installation costs.
5. The intelligent control system of the boiler body can automatically adjust dozens of parameters, which greatly reduces the operating costs and operation difficulties.
6. Automatically adjust the flame size, intelligently adjust the boiler power from 5% to 100% according to demand, break the defect that traditional boilers cannot adjust the amount of air and power, and greatly reduce the natural gas consumption for customers.
EPC + heating operation service
"Blue Sky Wisdom" adopts EPC turnkey general contracting mode to achieve design, procurement, and construction general contracting. Finally, it submits to Party A an engineering project that meets the use function and has the conditions for use.
"Blue Sky Wisdom" provides heating operation services and is responsible for all costs (fuel costs, utilities, labor costs, etc.) incurred during the contract period, including all heating equipment and pipes in the heat source center (primary network + heat exchange station) Repairs, maintenance work, and replacement of all equipment after it expires.
The EPC + heating operation model adopted by "Blue Sky Wisdom" provides an overview of the overall construction and subsequent operation of the project. It does not require Party A to purchase equipment, construction bidding and subsequent operations, which saves Party A a lot of labor, material and time costs.
